Purpose of Job

We are seeking a talented and innovative Video Designer and Content Creator to join our team at Alpha USA. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging video content and stunning motion graphics that effectively communicate Alpha USA’s culture and values.

• Develop and produce high-quality video projects from concept to final edit, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
• Create captivating motion graphics and visual effects that enhance storytelling.
• Conduct interviews and gather footage to create impactful narratives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and scripts for video projects.
• Leverage content on a variety of social platforms
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve video production quality.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions as necessary

Essential Skills, Knowledge And Experience

• Proven experience as a video editor and motion graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• Strong understanding of video production processes, including filming, editing, and post-production.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of animation principles and techniques is a plus
• Experience with sound design and basic audio editing.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Experience participating in or running Alpha is preferred
